SHIPPING & RETURNS

Most of Brigitta Barczi jewellery is Made to Order and it takes approximately 2-6 weeks. The production time is different for each product, the exact deadline is always show in the product description.

Shop our ‘Ready to Ship’ Collection for in stock pieces, that can be shipped within 1-3 business days, or you can shop in personal in any of my stockist partner’s store.

We ship from Germany, from the European Union! If you order from outside of the EU, the import duties and taxes are not included in purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at to my shipping address, and will incur a reshipment fee.

5 EUR / Free shipping to Germany over 50 EUR

STANDARD SHIPPING to Europe, (Delivery time 5-10 working days )
10 EUR / Free worldwide shipping over 150 EUR

STANDARD SHIPPING to Outside of the European Union (Delivery time 5-20 working days)
10 EUR / Free worldwide shipping over 150 EUR

RETURNS for Purchases within the EU

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the jewelry within 7 days of receiving your item. The jewelry must be in its original, undamaged condition, with the original packaging and all accessories must be included. 

Please contact me at hello@brigittabarczi.com to notify me of your return. I will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Safely pack the item and send it back to the provided address. Once I receive and inspect the package, I will notify you about the approval of your refund. The refund process typically takes 5-7 business days. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. I am not responsible for any lost packages during the return process.

RETURNS For Purchases outside the EU

I am unable to accept returns from countries outside the EU.
